Disabled and Suspended Accounts

You can access the Account Manager as long as your account is active. If your account is disabled or suspended, this guide will help you understand why and how to restore your access.
Disabled accounts
This error message appears upon logging in if your account is Disabled.

Below are the following reasons why your account is disabled but not limited to:
- Policy Breach
- Sending spam emails using our server
- Non-compliance with our Terms of Service
- Chargeback Request

Suspended accounts
This error message appears upon logging in if your account is Disabled.

Your account will be suspended due to a negative balance in the account and has to be settled by paying for the invoice, contact Customer Support team via call or chat.
What you can do
To restore access to your account, you will need to settle the outstanding balance.
- Check your registered email address for the unpaid invoice or billing notification.
- If you cannot locate the invoice or the suspension was unexpected, contact our Customer Support Team via call or live chat.
- Once payment is completed, your account will be reinstated.
